Creative Project Management

We led the creative project management process from concept through to launch, coordinating every stage of the brand and digital development journey. The project included overseeing the creation and direction of a new brand identity and logo, managing the development of a new website, and guiding the overall creative vision to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Our role also included market research, creative inspiration and direction, stakeholder coordination, and detailed timeline management to ensure all teams and deliverables remained aligned throughout the project lifecycle. By managing communication between stakeholders, suppliers, creatives, and the client, we ensured deadlines were met and launches were delivered seamlessly and on schedule.
From print collateral to digital platforms, we maintained a cohesive creative flow across every element of the brand, resulting in a polished and unified presence both online and offline.
